1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Account Responsibilities

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phwin.com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. phwin.com does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. phwin.com reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking hours and cut-off times applicable in the Philippines.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on phwin.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. phwin.com is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phwin.com staff or other players;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Registering an account if you are a self-excluded player or have been previously banned from the Platform.

phwin.com reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phwin.com Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of phwin.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of phwin.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwin.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phwin.com's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phwin.com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Suspension and Termination

phwin.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or at our sole discretion for any other reason we deem appropriate.

Upon termination, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting phwin.com support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact phwin.com support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phwin.com will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Amendments to These Terms
